The Autumn Highland Wool & Textiles Festival will be taking place on Saturday 2nd November 2019 at the Strathpeffer Community Centre between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
The event will bring together craftspeople from the fields of wool and textiles; people who are passionate about what they do. So if you're passionate like us, put the date in your diary and come along!
We'll be showing yarns, tweeds, haberdashery as well as beautiful finished products. You'll have the opportunity to chat to the exhibitors and pick up hints and tips. We'll have demonstrations running throughout the day.
This year we will be running two workshops – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Spaces are limited for these so be sure to book up early to avoid disappointment! The morning workshop will run from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and the afternoon workshop will run from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Entry for the day is £3 which includes a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits. Tickets can only be purchased on the day. Please note that there are no ATMs in the Community Centre; the nearest one is in the general store in the village square.
So come along and tempt yourself - hopefully there's something for everyone!!
